Terms of Service

The Koalaty Home Services Employee Portal (“the Portal”) is an internal system operated by Koalaty Home Services, LLC (“the Company”) for its employees and authorized administrators. It provides access to commission tracking, compensation information, and related employment records. Access is provided as a convenience and as part of your employment relationship with the Company.

Your account is personal to you. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential, not to share your account with anyone, and to notify an administrator immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You may only access data made available to your own account. Attempting to access another employee’s information, probe, or circumvent the Portal’s security controls is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Commission amounts, projections, schedules, and bonus progress displayed in the Portal are provided for informational purposes. They reflect data available at the time of calculation and are subject to audit, adjustment, clawback, and correction in accordance with your compensation agreement and Company policy. In the event of a discrepancy between the Portal and your executed compensation agreement or official payroll records, the agreement and official records control. The Portal is not a paystub and does not replace official payroll documentation.

The Company works to keep Portal data accurate and current, including data imported from operational systems. However, data may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. If you believe any figure shown is incorrect, contact your administrator promptly so it can be reviewed.

The Portal records account activity, including sign-in events, for security and administration. Administrative users may maintain employment-related records within the Portal. Use of the Portal constitutes acknowledgment of this monitoring.

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Portal (in whole or in part) at any time. Access ends when your employment or engagement with the Company ends, or earlier at the Company’s discretion.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
